Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase. There is no $70 threshold. Where available at checkout, optional express shipping costs $15. Final shipping choices and charges are shown before you place your order.

Processing and fulfillment

SkinWest purchases, packs, and ships customer orders through its own fulfillment location. Some products must be obtained from our supply partners before they can be dispatched. Orders are generally processed for shipment within 3–7 business days, provided the ordered products are available from our supply partners. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with available options. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination and service.

We do not guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch or delivery. Choosing an express shipping service does not guarantee faster order processing.

Delivery and tracking

When your order ships, shipment and tracking information will be provided when available. Any delivery window displayed at checkout or by the carrier is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can affect delivery.
