Are you authorized to sell every skincare brand?
We will disclose authorization only for brands with confirmed approval. Supplier access alone is not proof of official authorized-retailer status.
How can I verify product authenticity?
The launch process includes checking supplier documentation, packaging, product identifiers and lot traceability. The finalized sourcing statement will appear before sales begin.
When will my purchase ship?
We will publish an actual processing schedule, delivery estimates and shipping charges before accepting orders. None are promised in this preview.
Can I return a product?
The return window, product-specific exceptions, return method and refund process are still being finalized. They must be displayed before checkout.
