30-Day Return Policy
At SkinWest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns of most unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Original safety seals must remain intact, where applicable.

Products must be in resalable condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, opened or used skincare products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where required by law.
How to Request a Return
Contact help@skinwest.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Please wait for return instructions before sending merchandise back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution, including return shipping at our expense where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product. Include your order number and photographs of the issue if available.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for SkinWest to process an approved refund after acceptance. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds.
Express shipping charges are generally nonrefundable once the service has been provided, unless required by law.
