How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on domestic U.S. orders. When offered at checkout, express shipping is available for $15. See our Shipping Information page for details.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated total delivery time is 4–5 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for express shipping, measured from order placement and including processing and carrier transit. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with your options.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When your order ships, we send tracking information by email. Carrier delivery dates are estimates.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. SkinWest is an authorized retailer of the brands we sell. Products are new, sealed and in original manufacturer packaging. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Is this the same SkinWest as before?

The SkinWest name and website are under new ownership and management, with new sourcing, fulfillment and customer service policies. Read more on our About page.

What is your return policy?

Most unopened, unused products in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, subject to applicable law. See Returns & Refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos when practical. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover return shipping for our errors.
