Returns & Refunds

We want you to know your options before placing an order. The following policy applies to purchases made through SkinWest, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

30-day returns for unopened products

Most unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must remain in resalable condition with their original seals, if supplied. Due to hygiene and product integrity considerations, products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seals broken generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless required by law.

How to request a return

Use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item back. We cannot guarantee that unsolicited returns will be processed.

Return shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging. If we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Damaged, incorrect or defective orders

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective. Include the order number, the issue, and photographs where practical. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for SkinWest to process an approved refund after acceptance; your payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds. Optional express-shipping charges are normally nonrefundable where the shipping service has already been provided, unless required by law.
